Collier man Todd Waldeck rebuilding home himself two years after devastating Lee Williams wildfire

Todd Waldeck is rebuilding his family’s home, virtually by himself, two years after it was burned down in a fire. He spends most of his days alone in the woods, laying blocks and framing walls.
