Tropical Storm Michael getting stronger; hurricane watch issued for Florida Panhandle, Big Bend

A hurricane watch is in effect for the Alabama-Florida border to Suwanee River. A tropical storm watch is in effect for Suwanee River to Anna Maria Island, including Tampa Bay.
