U.S. Rep. Brian Mast: 'Call in the cavalry' to combat St. Lucie River's toxic algae blooms

Mast outlined his funding bill at the St. Lucie Lock and Dam as 13.1 million gallons of Lake Okeechobee discharges poured into the St. Lucie River.
