Keith Wilson sentenced to life in prison for 1999 killing of 4-year-old Pilar Rodriguez

The girl was on a trip visiting Wilson in Punta Gorda when Wilson's then-girlfriend said the 4-year-old was attacked, killed and put in a garbage bag.
