Immokalee couple arrested for taking boy from Cape Coral Sports Complex

Juan Lopez-Ramos and Etelvina Lopez-Ramirez are charged with kidnapping for taking Jeremias, who is in foster care. Lopez-Ramirez is Jeremias' cousin.
