Lehigh elects accused felon; would be ineligible if convicted

He is currently charged with a felony and if convicted, would be barred from holding public office, but Robert John Anderson said he intends toserve as a Lehigh Acres Fire Commissioner, and believes he will fulfill his four-year term in office
