Meteorologists at NBC2 and WINK both claim to have called Hurricane Charley's turn first

Meteorologists Robert Van Winkle (NBC2) and Jim Farrell (WINK) both believe they were first to declare that Hurricane Charley would strike Southwest Florida in 2004, not the Tampa Bay region as expected.
