Ex-politician Dan Sinclair pleads guilty to evidence tampering in 2016 hit-and-run death

Daniel Sinclair's plea agreement on evidence tampering and obstruction charges was accepted by Lee County Circuit Court Judge J. Frank Porter Monday.
