Hurricane Irma maintains 150 mph winds, movement reduces to 14 mph, watch and warnings increased

Hurricane Irma's sustained winds continue at 150 mph and the Category 4 storm has slowed its movement from 16 mph to 14 mph in a west-northwest direction according to the 11 a.m. advisory from the National Hurricane Center.
