Grunge musician Chris Cornell died on Wednesday in Detroit. He was 52. Cornell gained fame as the lead singer of Soundgarden and later Audioslave. Cornell's representative, Brian Bumbery, said Cornell's family is working closely with the medical examiner to determine the cause. The Seattle-born Cornell won two Grammy awards in 1994 with rock band Soundgarden.
