Lee Circuit Judge Bruce Kyle denied the bond reduction request Thursday by Sievers, who will likely now remain in jail until the completion of his murder case. Kyle kept Sievers’ $4.43 million bond – equal to the maximum life insurance policies – in place, rejecting Sievers’s request for a $250,000 bond.
