Rehabilitated manatees returned to their habitat in Fort Myers

On Tuesday, Jan. 31, FWC researchers, law enforcement staff and Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo staff released two rehabilitated female manatees in Fort Myers. Both manatees were rescued last summer due to watercraft-related injuries.

Gov. Scott's budget includes $67.1 million for SR 82 widening
